Before becoming a Realtor, I built a professional foundation in finance. I worked in institutional fixed-income sales, specializing in mortgage-backed securities, where I gained an in-depth understanding of how mortgage markets, underwriting, and financing decisions shape real estate transactions. I later practiced law in California, where careful analysis, ethical responsibility, and attention to detail were essential. Those experiences continue to influence how I represent buyers and sellers today.

While many agents focus primarily on marketing homes or negotiating offers, I approach every transaction as a trusted advisor. I believe my clients deserve clear information, thoughtful guidance, and someone willing to ask informed questions before issues become expensive surprises.
